Cortisone: Chronic use of this arthritis relief will result in weight gain, hypertension, weakend immune system, acne, diabetes, irritability, and insomnia. Long-term use may damage brain cells, promoting memory loss.

Glucosamine and Chondroitin:. Many researches are being done about them as we speak, but dangers are unknown yet. Food and Drug Administration has not approved of these substances.
